 Please note that this should be CC'd to tonyg at ... as in the original
 ticket, not tobyg at ...  I'm not sure why tonyg was changed to tobyg in
 [61262], but I can assure you that Tony's name is still Tony, and there is
 no tobyg at rabbitmq.com.
