 Any chance of solving this using a configuration file?  Maybe one of the
 *rc, or something.  Most MacPorts-based GIMP installs won't include Gnome
 dependencies... so who/what handles the shortcuts?  Every single one
 labeled as ⌘-key (⌘N, ⌘C, etc) functions exactly the same as Control-Key
 (including Control-Q, which works to quit the app).  Seems like a fix
 would be pretty easy, just have to find out where...
