 Attached diff to build with Text::CSV_XS 0.71 (current version); p5-text-
 csv_xs-Portfile-0.71.diff.

 The existing build in MacPorts (0.34) is now two years out of date and
 missing several useful features including for handling "non standard" CSV
 files.  See, eg, Changelog linked from http://search.cpan.org/~hmbrand
 /Text-CSV_XS-0.71/CSV_XS.pm

 It'd be very helpful if one of these several patches over the last couple
 of years could be applied to the MacPorts Portfile to bring it more up to
 date.
