 The CPAN module Config::IniFiles is up to version 2.56 now.  (The version
 currently in MacPorts, 2.39, has been out of date for eight months or so.)

 In bringing the port file up to date, I removed the "master_sites"
 statement; the perl5 group's automatic default is correct and I believe
 it's more future-proof.
