 Some of the SB-POSIX tests *still* fail so we up the ante by macro'ing out
 the execution of the tests.

 Added myself as maintainer here as well, which I am not too sure I have
 the time for, but I seem to have more than either waqar or gwright.

 Oh, and sbcl-1.0.34 just rolled out the door.
