 If I do a port livecheck netpbm, I see the current version is 10.26.61 and
 there appears to be a version 10.26.63 available.  If I get netpbm
 directly from sourceforge and build it, I can get pnmtofits to work.
 Interestingly, the HISTORY for the sourceforge code says the latest
 revision is 10.49.00 (dec 31, 2009).

 So perhaps the problem is already fixed and just not propogated (it would
 be interesting to resolve the version number difference)
