 I couldn't seem to get MyODBC to compile against mysql5 so I'm working at
 using this newer connector. I started with Ryans mysql5 Portfile. Thanks
 Ryan.

 I'm wanting to try some things useing unixODBC to connect to mysql5 and
 MyODBC was all I found documented as a method.

 Not tested beyond "port install".

 Submitting for review.
