 Note it does not matter what version of gtk-doc is currently available; it
 matters whether or not the people who package the glib2 releases have
 updated to gtk-doc 1.12 or later. But it appears this is what they did
 between 2.22.2 and 2.22.3; see r61144 in which I removed the "which"
 patch.
