 py26-numpy from 1.3.0 to 1.4.0,

 can't find file to patch at input line 3
 Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?

 Looking in the work directory , the file numpyconfig.h.in now appears to
 have an underscore _numpyconfig.h.in.
