 I am not using +universal. I have currently installed the following
 {{{py26-numpy @1.3.0_0+no_atlas (active)}}}
 and simply say
 {{{sudo port upgrade py26-numpy}}}

 {{{port sync ; port outdated}}} does not give gcc43 to be outdated...
