 after installing this port, i'm unable to play any of the sound files --
 getting an error message like: "Unable to find a codec translation path
 from 0x40 (slin) to 0x2 (gsm)"

 looking a bit deeper, running "core show translation" and "module show
 like codec", it looks like there's no codec_gsm.so built.

 might that be because --without-gsm is included in configure.args?

 would be really nice to have that codec, since the default installed
 asterisk sound files are in .gsm.
