New description:

 I would like to volunteer myself as maintainer of i386-elf-binutils.  The
 current maintainer of i386-elf-binutils (and i386-elf-gcc) seems to have
 abandoned it: ticket:21411.  Both of his ports, i386-elf-binutils and i386
 -elf-gcc are currently broken (both of which I rely on heavily for my own
 work), so I would like to help get these ports fixed.
