New description:

 The identifier URES_TABLE32 has apparently been removed from ICU, so a
 corresponding patch on PyICU is called for, see
 [http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/pyicu-
 dev/2009-August/000111.html mailing list post with such a patch].

 The icu version is 4.3.3_0, also installed using MacPorts. I am on Mac OS
 X 10.5.8.
