 Note:  In installed the apache2 port and it still failed.  So looked more
 carefully, and discovered that this may be a bad path in the subversion
 port.  Seems to be looking for /opt/apache2 not /opt/local/apache2   -
 i.e.

 % ls -ld /opt/local/apache2/bin/apxs /opt/apache2/bin/apxs
 ls: /opt/apache2/bin/apxs: No such file or directory
 -rwxr-xr-x  2 root  wheel  22603 Jan 27 09:46 /opt/local/apache2/bin/apxs*
