 I've attached a new port of `mpi4py` for python 2.6.

 On Tiger and prior, it requires `openmpi`. On Leopard and after, it will
 by default use the system's openmpi compiler and leaves `openmpi` as a
 variant.

 Comments from anyone before I commit?
