 I'm unable to locate this rails-style code generation toolset in
 [ticket:23451 ZendFramework 1.10.0]. Is it still there? If so, please
 point out exactly which directories or files you're talking about.

 After the changes I propose in #23454, the ZendFramework port should be
 installing every file included with the distribution (if it doesn't
 already). So if the files are there, they should be installed, although
 perhaps not in the most logical place (if that's the case, let us know
 what the more logical place would be).
