 As luarocks seems to have abandoned its luaforge site (list of rocks at
 http://luarocks.luaforge.net/rocks/ is outdated) it makes sense to update
 luarocks to 2.0.1 which will fetch its list of rocks via luarocks.org.

 Attached is a (trivial) patch for Portfile.
