 I'd like to see a goffice08-type port. Applications such as gnumeric have
 moved to the new goffice API. A goffice08 port would allow us to more
 easily build development application trees, resulting in a quicker
 transition when a new stable version is released. Also, this would allow
 MacPorts users to be more closely involved in the upstream development
 process because we could report bugs earlier in the development cycle.
