 The current trunk Portfile for subversion fails to livecheck properly.
 Upon investigation, it looks like subversion moved its homepage from
 tigris.org to apache.org.  Please find attached the output of "svn diff
 Portfile" - not a patch per se but certainly enough information to get
 these two minor issues fixed.
