 Do you have mesa installed?  wxWidgets is not finding opengl libraries.
 It looks like we need to add mesa as depends_lib, at least for the gtk2
 variant.

 BTW, the bug description should be changed.  The issue is with the new
 py26-wxpython (2.8.10.1), or, more precisely, with wxWidgets-
 python-2.8.10.1.
