 Update of py26-MMTK to 2.7.1. Although tagged as "development", it seems
 to be the stable version in reality. Disabled the `livecheck` from r64144
 since I can't get the regex to match.

 I'll wait for an okay from `mmoll` despite `openmaintainer` to see if they
 agree.
