 Update zmq from 1.0.0 to 2.0.7.

 Note significant change in zmq with the removal of language bindings from
 the core zmq library.

 Note changes to the description due to zmq's change in focus away from
 just amqp.

 Also note that zmq core is now just a library, and does not include a
 binary executable.
