 The libdnet project has moved to googlecode and been updated to version
 1.12; see #24543. The python modules should be updated in this way as
 well.

 libdnet's universal variant was disabled because it did not work, and the
 python modules' universal variants should consequently be disabled as
 well.

 The attached patch does this. Any objections to committing this? This
 patch goes on top of the one submitted in #25627.
