 Probably some new gettext 0.18.x incompatibility. We've seen a couple of
 those. This same error was also reported against pdf2djvu in #25633.

 There hasn't been a new version of steghide released since 2003 so it's
 not surprising it's beginning to fall apart. Maybe another distribution
 already has a fix for this problem we could copy.
