 Attempting to upgrade/build ruby186 results in following error:

 :info:build ossl.c:118: error: syntax error before '*' token

 This is important because plenty of Rails apps still run on ruby 1.8.6 an
 servers, and it is good to have same version of ruby on developers
 machine.
