 Again, following up on this comment earlier, why is py26-numpy  requiring
 an x86_64 variant of gcc43 and gcc44? None of the other packages do, and
 it makes no sense why there should be variant requirements on the
 compiler.

 py26-numpy should not be requiring universal variants of the compiler.
