I suppose that mysql5 port should be sufficient (I had in mind that I
already changed that ...). Akonadi needs a running MySQL server instance
per user. It's possible to use also a sqlite backend but it's highly
experimental. It's known that the sqlite backend can cause a deadlog with
kmail. Therefore MySQL is still the default database for Akonadi.
