 I'm glad that did the trick!  This flag works on 10.5 i386, so I'm
 thinking it might be a 10.6-specific issue.  Maybe x86_64, but I won't
 know unless I get some stats back from people having issues.  So whatever
 computer-specific info you can provide would be useful.
