 Make that the post-build reinplace bits. I think I can just remove them.

 The bigger problem is that we're now using cmake, and we have to switch to
 using cmake syntax for specifying options. (They still have a configure
 script which on first glance appears to convert the old options into cmake
 syntax, but it misses many options we use, so it's easier to just switch
 to cmake fully.) I've got most of the options converted but a few I can't
 find cmake equivalents for.
