 No pun intended, but when do I have to Cc the maintainer and when not?
 When I updated the autopano-sift-c Portfile (ticket 25726) and added the
 maintainer to the Cc it was removed. So I didn't add the maintainer this
 time and now I'm reminded to add the maintainer.
