Comment:

 I applied this patch to wireshark-devel in r70107, though I simplified it,
 in that I changed the multiple single-directory `xinstall` commands to a
 single multi-directory one. Also I installed all headers with 644
 permissions, not 755, since headers do not need the execute bit.

 This still needs to be applied to wireshark.
