Comment:

 Looks to be the cause of not having jasper installed, or an extra in a
 location it shouldn't be. I'll hardcode the location for it in the next
 release and see if that does the trick.
 I can't reproduce this so I don't really have a way of testing it. I'd
 just as soon disable kimgio.
