 This bootstrap issue is due to the fact that libgomp has been added to the
 stage2 build and tickled a pre-existing issue with the tls test in
 configure. A race condition exists in the current tls test where the
 memory used is released before the test program is finished with it. A fix
 has been proposed for this upstream
