 As described in [http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6110 Xfce Bug
 6110], the Xfce panel shows borders when built with glib versions higher
 than 2.23.  The Xfce maintainer has posted a patch for this issue in the
 Xfce Bugzilla - this ticket just adds this patch to the Xfce source.  The
 fix works as advertised on my system.

 A diff with changes to the Portfile and the actual patch diff are
 attached.
