 Whenever I try to run a KDE application, that involves opening a file
 dialog, or when I run khelpcenter to search through help info. I get the
 following error,

 Cannot talk to klauncher: The name org.kde.klauncher was not provided by
 any .service files

 Anyone see anything like this? I get this error when opening the file
 dialog while running kile-devel.

 I believe this is a high priority defect, because kde4 is unusable with
 this bug in place.
