 Hi, `mmoll` - I have exactly the same build problem as `laurence`, and his
 patch fixed it for me. (Same computer/os/compiler, too.) Been wondering
 what the problem was.

 I created specific patch based on `laurence`'s submission. Fixed it for
 me.
