 Can you identify specifically which extension is causing the crash? Re-
 enable them one by one until you figure out which one it is. phpmyadmin is
 just a web app so it can't really be causing the crash itself; if apache
 is crashing while someone is using phpmyadmin it's probably because it's
 trying to use a particular extension at that moment.
