 I downloaded the Portfile for the new port libmcs (#25233), made some
 modifications, and [attachment:libmcs.txt tried to install it] using "sudo
 port -d install". Although the Portfile says "depends_lib port:libmowgli",
 MacPorts did not attempt to install libmowgli, and libmcs failed to
 configure because of it. Being a new port, libmcs is not in my portindex
 yet; not sure if that's relevant.
