Comment:

 I thought at first this might be a parallel build issue, because I see
 you're building with -j3 and I'd never tried that (I'd only tried -j2).
 But trying now, even -j3 works for me. But I only have 2 processor cores.
 Perhaps you could try with just one build make job and see if it works
 then. And if it doesn't, you can attach your main.log and that will be
 easier to compare with.
