Comment:

 Committed the texlive 2009 ports in r68883, r68884, and r68885.

 Set replaced_by on the old ports in r68886; if you have texlive 2007
 installed a port upgrade outdated should work cleanly even though many of
 the port names changed.

 Please let me know if anyone runs into any problems...
