 tcpdump could be updated to 4.1.1. Attached is a patch that does this,
 removes an unnecessary --mandir configure arg, and removes the commented-
 out ipv6 variant, since the port already builds in ipv6 support by
 default.

 I guess you'll want to wait to commit this until the [ticket:25322 libpcap
 update to 1.1.1] is committed.
