 More progress: By moving ${prefix}/include to the end of the CPATH, it
 looks like the conflict(s) from this ticket are fixed (along with some
 from other tickets).  I'm still testing out the changes to this and ports
 that depend on qt4-mac, so not quite ready to commit -- but, soon.
