Changeset r68459 & Ticket #25319

Looking at changeset r68459, the patchfile "patch-mac.conf.diff" was
removed from the qt4-mac port. Turns out that what this patch does is
to change the extension of Qt designer plugins from '.dylib' to
'.plugin', and that this change in extension is expected by the 'qwt'
and 'qwt52' portfiles (maybe others too; I haven't checked). The
changeset was issued ~3 weeks ago now, and a ticket (#25319) has popped
up regarding the effects of this change.

So, the question is: What is the right thing to do? I can leave the
patch off & fix the portfiles for qwt and qwt52. Or, I can reinstate
the patch & leave qwt and qwt52 portfiles alone. Either solution will
work, and both are quite simple.

My preference is to as-minimally-as-possible change the intended
functionality of a given port; just to correct it so that it compiles
and installs using MacPorts, the way it was designed (by the project
programmers) to work (for better or for worse). Hence, I think keeping
the patch off & fixing the qwt and qwt52 portfiles is the right thing to
do.

But, I'm open to other's opinions. Thanks! - MLD
