Comment:

 r69219 adds texlive-htmlxml. It's also in texlive +full now, but you can
 and should depend on texlive-htmlxml for xmltex and pdfxmltex. (TL 2007
 required you to have the metaport installed, but TL 2009 doesn't)

 Let me know if there are any problems -- I've never actually used xmltex.
