 I have no issue with making all those "no_*" as default variants.  My
 initial goal is to get the port upgraded in version and using select.
 Then, whatever comes next in dealing with them -- e.g., qmake has some
 issues that other ports would benefit from being fixed, which might be
 upstream or local, so investigating those a bit.  I'll email the MP-dev
 list w/ this query, since I think qt4-mac (at least) is ready for that
 change.
