 This patch updates the centerim port to support/build version 4.22.9,
 which has re-added MSN support after a recent protocol change.

 Since there also appears to be a change relating to curl-ssl and the yahoo
 protocol, a new variant has been added to include all protocols that
 depend on curl-ssl.
