 Blech. The error is because Riverbank (the makers of qscintilla) remove
 old versions when new ones are released. They just had a version bump, to
 2.4.3, of `qscintilla` and removed the 2.4.2 sources.

 I took a quick look around and it isn't obvious if or where they archive
 old versions. Oh well. I'll version bump and commit shortly. (`pyqt4` and
 `sip` were also version-bumped, so I might need to submit tickets for
 them, too.)
