 When attempting to install libsoup from a clean installation of MacPorts,
 its configure script does not find and use libproxy.[[br]]
 Either libproxy is not making itself easy to find, or libsoup is not
 looking in the correct location.[[br]]
 Please refer to the attached build log for verbose error output.
