 I didn't catch it until the second read-through, but "build.cmd
 ${configure.compiler}" wasn't right. configure.compiler isn't meant to be
 a command name; it's just a string used to identify a compiler collection
 within MacPorts. It worked here only by coincidence. The variable you
 really want to use for this is ${configure.cc}. I fixed it in r65183.
