 Please remember to cc the maintainer, and note that you do not need to be
 in cc when you are the reporter.

 A couple of incidental usage notes: First, `port list` is not what you
 want here (see its description in the man page), to see which ports are
 outdated use `port outdated`. Second, command-line options placed after
 the action are interpreted as actionflags, whereas -d is a global option
 and so needs to be right after 'port' to enable debug mode (see the
 synopsis in the man page).
